OUR DEMOCRATIC TRADITION

'Bad Lip Reading' takes on the Democratic convention

The Democratic National Convention has gotten the "Bad Lip Reading" treatment.

The popular YouTube channel on Friday released video taking on Hillary Clinton's nominating convention.

The group's popular series of videos mocks events by replacing speaker's words with their own "bad lip-reading" captions. Their latest video pokes fun at speeches by Clinton, Bernie Sanders, President Obama and others.

"Bad Lip Reading" has previously made videos out of both Democratic and Republican presidential debates.

COMMMON ILLNESS AND DISEASES

Cancer in New

Cancer is the country’s single biggest cause of death. Most New Zealanders will have some experience of it – either personally or through a relative or friend.

More people are developing cancer – mainly because the population is growing and getting older.

Many cancers can be cured if they’re found and treated in time. It is estimated that in New Zealand, about 1 person in every 3 who gets cancer is cured.

Even if the cancer cannot be cured, more effective treatment means many people are now living longer.

Look no further than healthcare jobs for the best pay - though you'll want to skip the aide and assistant positions. CAUSES AND EFFECTS OF NATURAL RESOURCES MISUSE

Protecting natural in Costa Rica

The only way to protect the rivers and oceans of Costa Rica is to have impact studies involving local community and scientific assessment; this is in order to give diagnostic credibility and to prevent more crimes against nature from industries and giant mega-projects that alter and damage the surrounding areas near water sources above and below the ground. Pollutants dumped into the river alter surrounding areas and fresh water supplies. This is as old as the industrial age.

The government of Costa Rica should punish those responsible with large fines and sanctions, such as cleaning up the mess and replacing all the fish and shrimp and other flora and fauna damaged before their operation license is returned.

MORAL AND VALUES

Moral & Values

Values

Values are the rules by which we make decisions about right and wrong, should and shouldn't, good and bad. They also tell us which are more or less important, which is useful when we have to trade off meeting one value over another.
Dictionary.com defines values as:

n : beliefs of a person or social group in which they have an emotional investment (either for or against something); "he has very conservatives values"

Morals

Morals have a greater social element to values and tend to have a very broad acceptance. Morals are far more about good and bad than other values. We thus judge others more strongly on morals than values. A person can be described as immoral, yet there is no word for them not following values.
Dictionary.com defines morals as:
n : motivation based on ideas of right and wrong
